- The Soft Edit version shown in the App Store or iPhone Settings.
- A screenshot, if it does not reveal information you prefer to keep private.
Before contacting support
- Confirm that you have internet access when loading remote stickers or backgrounds.
- Check Photos permission in iOS Settings if Save to Album fails.
- Close and reopen Soft Edit if an editor control stops responding.
- Keep the app installed while we investigate so locally stored projects are not removed.
